To aid in other administrative tasks as necessary: filing, order lookups, data entry, inventory control, etc. This candidate is proficient at the below responsibilities and requires occasional Management support and supervision with computers and has previously worked with some type of software system in data entry. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate and foster U.S. Nameplate Company’s Core Values. Receive and process customer orders as directed by customer service representatives. To be detail oriented, following specific direction on Purchase Orders and specific Customer directives to ensure accuracy. Complete order entry in a timely manner, meeting daily goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned. Maintain a positive attitude & work well with your team. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of data entry experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: US Nameplate Company seeks to hire second shift machine operators. This is a long term, full-time position with benefits. Machine Operators are responsible for setup and operation of machines to meet established production goals in a safe way complying with all company and OSHA safety policies and practices, ensuring that all products manufactured meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and performance standards. Selecting correct tooling when applicable (dies, punches, fixtures) and material for the job task according to work orders and drawings. Setting up machines according to work instructions, work orders or other released documentation. Performing in-process inspection of parts to ensure press-repeatability. Adjusting parameters to ensure part dimensional compliance in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, shop packets or other released documentation. Performing tear-down of set-ups and proper storage of tools, fixtures, dies, etc. Verifying dimensions of products. Maintaining good housekeeping by keeping tools, material and equipment in proper place. Basic ability to troubleshooting equipment, tooling and processes/procedures. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age with valid driver's license & reliable transportation. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong math skills. Previous experience in Manufacturing setting desired but willing to train right person. Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints preferred. Micrometer/Caliper measuring tool experience preferred. Ability to cross-train onto other machines & operations. Ability to learn & retain new information. Proven track record of attendance and reliability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently. Looking to add a member to the Quality team to support the Quality Management System (QMS) and USN’s efforts to instill a Quality Culture in all processes by: Monitoring internal workflow and inbound customer communications related to PPAP, FAI, and RMA activities; executes all related processes within the expected timeframes including creation of replacement work orders and the subsequent coordination with the Scheduler and PST Captains; completes within expected timelines, all necessary customer communication and portal processes to successfully fulfill each customer’s request.
