Customer was experiencing print quality and consistency issues with their previous supplier. Rejection rates on these plates were increasing due to varying levels of debris, dents, and scratches.
U.S. Nameplate Co. worked with the customer to develop a clean room with an air filtration system to help remove debris from the contaminated plates. We also reorganized our workflow and handling processes to significantly minimize the dents and scratches that were occuring on these parts. U.S. Nameplate Co. helped the customer consolidate their supplier base as well as leverage and lower their costs.
