U.S. Nameplate Co. processes and fabricates custom control panels. Each order features a metal component that is surface printed or overlaminated by a flexible overlay. Parts can be finished using standard or custom punch holes & shapes. Aluminum control panels can be screen printed or etched for text, graphics, and color imagery. The Metalphoto® photo-sensitive imaging process can produce durable panels that can last more than 25 years in harsh environments. Flexible overlay components can be screen printed or digitally printed.

Custom rigid control panels can be made from aluminum ranging from 0.032”-0.125” thick, with printed graphics and any size and shape of holes to accommodate the gauges, dials, knobs, and switches typical to controlling your equipment.
For the ultimate in durability and performance, graphic overlays with an optional glow-in-the-dark feature can be laminated to your rigid aluminum control panels.
